cauliflower is the new spinach?

Hey friends! Happy Hump Day! How is it going? We are just counting down the days till the weekend here!

Today I want to share a smoothie recipe with you. It might still feel like winter but I am dreaming of spring….so smoothies is it.

I’ve ran out of my Shakeolgy stash so I’ve been playing around with other recipes. I just recently purchased this protein powder and I am really liking it. The ingredients are super clean and it has 20g of protein per serving.

The inspiration for the smoothie….cauliflower! Sounds weird right? I thought so too but it’s great! This is also a great way to get a good variety of vegetables into our diets as well as our family’s.

Frozen cauliflower might became a smoothie staple for me! I love knowing I’m getting a boost of vitamin C, magnesium, fiber, potassium phosphorus, biotin and vitamin B6! It’s a huge bonus that it is hidden in a sweet treat! The cauliflower also seems to make the smoothie extra creamy.
