Do You Podcast?
Happy Hump Day Friends! I hope your week has been wonderful thus far! It has been beautiful and warm all week and today it is rainy. So I have the soup in the crock pot, yeast rolls rising on the stove, and ‘fake‘ coffee in my hand. While I do tasks that take some time, like making homemade bread, I love to listen to a good podcast. That is when I thought I would share some of my current faves with you guys! So….Do You Podcast? If so share some of your favorites.
I am sure most of you are familiar with the Balanced Bites Podcast. Diane and Liz have both been to nutrition school and share a naturally minded outlook on health. I love their balanced outlook on health and lifestyle choices. Basically, do the best (truly best not lazy best) you can and don’t stress about the rest. Their rambling conversations are also the best!
Journey Women Podcast
Next up is the Journey Women Podcast. Hunter is a fellow military spouse and talks about the struggles of moving and motherhood, all while ensuring to protect your relationship with God. If you are not a military spouse or mom there is still so much in this podcast for you. Today I listened to Hunter talk about diving into the Word of God. She has the most amazing guest that share real-life inspiring stories.
This is another one that motherhood is not required. I actually started listening to Katie long before I became a momma. The Wellness Mama Podcast shares a lot about health topics of real food, stress, sleep, fitness, toxins, natural living, and much more to give you actionable steps to improve your family’s health. She does get a bit far out there for me sometimes, but I really enjoy listening to the interviews.
The Model Health Show
The Model Health Show Podcast is a new one for me. After listening to only a couple of episodes though I found myself going back and downloading old episodes. Again his health approach is balanced but no-nonsense as well. He even talks about how women’s body’s and hormones are different. I found this refreshing as so many seem to talk about topics like fasting and low carb as general rules. They affect us women so much different though. I have lots of episodes to caught up on but I am excited about it.
Question: Do you listen to podcast? If so when do you like to listen to them? What are your favorites?
