Some of my Favorite Workout Blogs

Hey Lovely! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We took a little adventure to the city. We ate yummy food and shopped a bit. Then Sunday after church I got to celebrate a momma-to-be at a baby shower. We also attempted some family pictures. Let me tell ya toddler years are tough for family pictures. I can only imagine when I get more littles. Mason was not bad but he wanted to run and explore. All in all, it was a great weekend! Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite workout blogs. #nevermissamonday Right? So check them out below and share some with me as well!

Blonde Ponytail Fitness

So I have been flowing this blog for a few years. Jess offers personal training services and one day after kids I totally need to hit her up. I mean look at her! She has to be stronger than most men I know. Anyway, she offers great ideas for quick home workouts which I love!

The Fitnessista

Again, this is another great blog to find at home workouts. They are not as high of intensity but she really has a wide range of workouts. Gina mixes in circuit, HIIT, and Barre workouts to her blog. She is a certified trainer. She also shares a lot about postpartum fitness and motherhood.

PB Fingers

So I started following this blog watching her pregnancy updates, as I just found out I was pregnant. Then I started enjoying the workouts and yummy recipes. She is also so open and honest. It is really refreshing.


Okay, this isn’t really a blog but they have the best circuit workouts! I always end up being way more challenged than I thought I would be. Plus, if you are into short videos they have you covered as well. Then again, if you don’t really like to workout they also have great recipes ideas as well.

    I love PBFingers! Julie is so open with living a balanced life which I love. I’m definitely going to have to check out The Fitnessista and Blonde Ponytail Fitness for some inspiration.

    I second PB fingers! Not sure how I stumbled upon her during high school, but I’ve been checking out her blog ever since. Since I’m the type of person who needs to be told and shown how to do something in real time, I love YouTube workout channels. Fitness Blender is a nice one!

    I’m OBSESSED with short workouts that I can do at home! Even though I’m not a mama (yet!), I want my workouts to be quick, easy to do at home, and EFFECTIVE. I love PB Fingers blog, but I’ll definitely have to check the others out. I really love the BBG workouts by Kayla Itsines. They’re only 30 minutes, I can do them at home, and they’re SUPER effective! And for workout inspiration, I only have to look at Ben – he’s a walking inspo ad!

    I am always looking for at home fitness inspiration, so thanks for sharing!! I can’t wait to check out these blogs and get some motivation. Sometimes it’s so hard to figure out what works at home, so these look fantastic.
