Hey Lovely! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We took a little adventure to the city. We ate yummy food and shopped a bit. Then Sunday after church I got to celebrate a momma-to-be at a baby shower. We also attempted some family pictures. Let me tell ya toddler years are tough for family pictures. I can only imagine when I get more littles. Mason was not bad but he wanted to run and explore. All in all, it was a great weekend! Blonde Ponytail Fitness
So I have been flowing this blog for a few years. Jess offers personal training services and one day after kids I totally need to hit her up. I mean look at her! She has to be stronger than most men I know. Anyway, she offers great ideas for quick home workouts which I love!
Again, this is another great blog to find at home workouts. They are not as high of intensity but she really has a wide range of workouts. Gina mixes in circuit, HIIT, and Barre workouts to her blog. She is a certified trainer. She also shares a lot about postpartum fitness and motherhood.
So I started following this blog watching her pregnancy updates, as I just found out I was pregnant. Then I started enjoying the workouts and yummy recipes. She is also so open and honest. It is really refreshing.
Okay, this isn’t really a blog but they have the best circuit workouts! I always end up being way more challenged than I thought I would be. Plus, if you are into short videos they have you covered as well. Then again, if you don’t really like to workout they also have great recipes ideas as well.
