Hey Friends! How has your week been? I am pumped for the long weekend coming up! We are going to a church picnic on Saturday and going to a new to us park on Monday. D also gets Tuesday off for a family day so I took off too. The weather is supposed to be beautiful. We both decided a lazy day at home would be perfect for Tuesday. What are your plans?

My Fitbit Alta and a new band!
I know a lot of people do not like fitness trackers. I honestly would have never bought one for myself. My husband surprised me with it and I am glad he did. I find it a great motivational tool. It’s a great reminder to get up and move, especially since I work a desk job.

I am really loving fermented foods likely. I have been reading more about the health benefits of them.
Chocolate covered bananas
I know it’s not the fanciest of desserts but I make at least one batch a week. It is the perfect amount of sweetest for after dinner. I slice a banana and freeze the slices on parchment paper. Then I make the chocolate with coconut oil and cacao powder to cover the slices with. Sometimes I’ll add a bit of honey or stevia. Easy peasy!
I am going to make this cold quinoa salad for the cookout this weekend.
Sweet emails and comments
I know who likes emails?! I have gotten so many sweet emails and comments this week. I love it getting emails about how great products are working for individuals. It is even more awesome when we are changing over their daughter’s and children’s skincare as well. For those of you who do not know I am also a Beautycounter consultant and really have a passion for health and wellness.
