Is Stitch Fix a thing of the past?
Hey Friends! I hope your week is going great! Today I wanted to throw a question out there. First, I have to show this that I posted on my Instagram.
It describes me so well! I have zero crafty abilities or aspirations for crafty abilities! I am a champ at finding deals on Amazon though! I even use Ebates to get some cash back! #skillz
Okay back to the post…..
So it Stitch Fix a thing of the past? I feel like it went out with egg whites and cardio. Some of my favorite pieces are from Stitch Fix but because of the pricing, I had put a pause on my subscription. Well, so I thought until I reviewed a package in the mail. Hey, it’s my birthday so I wasn’t sad about it!
So here is what I got:
I liked these little cute red sandals but they were $49. I saw a pair almost identical on Jane for under half the price. RETURN
So I wanted to love this top. The color is beautiful, but the fit was really big.
I even tried it on with jean shorts but for $54, I just could not love it enough. RETURN
Skies are Blue Tank
So I love this print and it is so light and cool. I also love the blue color. I feel like it could even transition into fall with some jeans. KEEP
Just nothing special. RETURN
Dear John Shorts
These shorts were cute but they were a bit big in the waist and too tight in the thighs. I really dislike tight shorts. Most of my shorts are a size bigger than my jeans. There is nothing attractive about shorts cutting into your thighs. RETURN
So basically I ended up keeping one top because I did not want to throw away my $20 styling free. Now I am really torn with Stitch Fix. It is such a fun service and I have many pieces from them I love but the cost and value I have received the last few times just do not seem worth it.
Question: Do you use Stitch Fix? Is it still in or a thing of the past? Pinterest or Amazon, which one are you?
Have a blessed day!
