A Weekend In Pictures and Our 30 Day Reset Kickoff
Hey Friends! Happy Monday to ya! I hope you have had a great weekend! Why do the weekends always go by so fast? Our weekend was a great relaxing one that is best to be shown in pictures. The tea house I went to was so beautiful! I failed and forgot my real camera so my apologies for the iPhone lackluster photos.
Friday this boy napped so much. I think we are going through a growth spurt. We played around the house and went and grabbed a few groceries to get us through the weekend. He is my little buddy =)
Fruit in Japan is sooo expensive! These TINY watermelons translate to about $7 and these melons $8. They had a large watermelon I did not take a picture of and it was $27. #nomelonsforus
Saturday I got to go to a Victorian-style Tea House with some church ladies. It was beautiful! They provided us with multiple flavors of tea to try. We also all had the lunch set. It was a beautiful place to sit outside, talk, laugh with lovely ladies.

Our lunch was delicious! They provided one of these towers for each three ladies to share. I normally am not a fan of scones but these were amazing!

We were up early at 5 am. If anyone has tips on how to get your kiddo to sleep later I am all ears!
Being up early did give us time to FaceTime before nap time then church.

After church little man laid down for a nap. I used the time to finish my last assignment in the graduate class I am taking. I am so excited to have a week off from school next week.
Nap time flew by like always. We then headed outside to play. I posted a lot of our fun on Instagram stories.
Then it was dinnertime!

Speaking of our meals, this was our first full day of our 30 day reset. I honestly felt a little crummy all morning. I’ve seriously been eating too many sweet treats. Even though most of them have been somewhat healthily it has been too much. Due to some of the issues I’ve been having I am doing a very low sugar reset. My body is feeling it. I am hoping it levels out after the first week.
Now it is Sunday night, everyone is tucked away in bed and I am heading up to join them.
